Senior Variety Class

This is a well-rounded one hour workout including aerobic and strength building motion with an emphasis on balance. Everyone is encouraged to participate to their own ability level.

Yoga

In general yoga combines slow movements, stretching and traditional yoga postures. This class is an hour of practicing the modern style Forrest Yoga for beginners to intermediate participants. It focuses on healing body and emotions with special emphasis on breath, strength and lengthy holding of positions. Overall yoga improves strength, flexibility, endurance and balance and is excellent for relaxation and stress relief.

Minimum age - 14 yrs.

Zumba

Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and usually performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
